Course Description
Our Multi-Cuisine Cooking Course is designed to teach essential kitchen skills and a variety of international and local dishes. Students will learn cutting techniques, soup preparation such as Minestrone, Chicken & Corn, and Cream of Mushroom, as well as fresh salads including Caesar Salad and Olivier Salad. The course also covers practical cooking skills like dough and roti making, Garlic Chicken with Steam Rice, White Handi, sandwiches, burgers, pizza, Beef Nihari, and Chappli Kabab. In addition, students will learn to prepare desserts like Sheer Khurma, Apple Pie, Chocolate Brownie, and Cheesecake.
